The Biden administration recently announced a vaccine-or-testing mandate for all companies with over 100 employees. While over 60% of Americans support a nationwide COVID-19 vaccine mandate for healthcare workers, this requirement will be difficult for OSHA to enforce.
The announcement has already helped NY-based healthcare facilities drive vaccinations from 76% to 87%. The vaccine-or-testing requirement, managed by OSHA, empowers employees to file complaints with the agency.
