How It Works

Insight Elite works like a tiered reward system, the more you participate in our market research studies, the more levels you reach; each level unlocks greater rewards.

Levels are reset at the start of each calendar month, giving you fresh opportunities to earn from now until the end of December 2025. Rewards are paid the following month directly into your digital Wallet.

How to qualify:
Complete one study in the month

What is Insight Elite?

Insight Elite is a tiered reward program created to recognize physicians’ contributions to our healthcare market research. Members gain priority access to study invitations aligned with their professional expertise and unlock exclusive rewards as they advance through program tier levels.

Who is eligible to enter the program?

Entry is by invitation only. Members are identified for their expertise and contributions to the panel and are directly contacted by our team.

How does one join the program?

Eligible members receive a formal invitation with specific instructions to enter the program.

What steps are required to enter the program?

Invited members must follow the instructions provided in their invitation. To ensure rewards are correctly allocated, it is essential to use the links included in the communication.

Does participation in Insight Elite affect other market research opportunities?

No. Participation in the program does not limit your eligibility for other paid studies. In fact, it enhances your access by providing priority invitations that align with your expertise.

How are program levels determined?

Program levels are based on participation and engagement each month. The more studies you complete, the higher your tier and the greater the rewards you unlock.

How are rewards distributed?

Monthly rewards are credited as a one-time payment to your digital Wallet at the end of each calendar month.

What happens if I don’t qualify for studies?

Even if you do not qualify for certain studies, your engagement still counts toward your monthly rewards. After three unsuccessful qualification attempts, you will receive a credit that will be added to your payout.

Are rewards separate to study incentives?

Yes. Insight Elite rewards are independent of, and in addition to, incentives for individual studies.

How do I track my rewards and program status?

We will be sending monthly communications on your monthly rewards and program tier. You may refer to your account dashboard for study activity or rewards payout within your digital Wallet page.

Terms and Conditions

1. Program Levels  

Panel members who qualify for higher Elite Program tiers (Silver, Gold, Diamond) by completing the required number of paid market research studies within a calendar month will unlock the corresponding rewards for that level.  

2. Eligibility and Progression  
Rewards are granted when the study completion requirement for each tier has been met within the monthly activity window. Members progress through levels sequentially and must meet the minimum requirement each month to maintain or advance their status.  

3. Activity Window
 The activity window is defined as the period between the first and last day of each calendar month, continuing until December 31, 2025. At the end of each activity window, if a member does not meet the minimum requirement for their current level, their progress resets to zero.  

4. Screen-out credit
The $5 credit when you don’t qualify for a study, is awarded after a cumulative total of three (3) unsuccessful attempts within a given activity window. This fee is applied independently of individual study incentives.  

5. Eligible Studies  

Studies deemed eligible for this campaign include any paid studies available on your dashboard. Paid and unpaid internal quizzes or engagement surveys, including the monthly Pulse survey, will not count toward the number of study completion requirements of this program.  

6. Reward Payment
Monthly rewards are separate from individual study incentives and will be credited as a one-time payment in the member’s digital Wallet towards the end of each calendar month. This process will continue until January 2026 for all qualifying participants.
