New year’s resolutions from the M3 Community

January is often seen as the month to make changes to lifestyles and improve life quality.

New year’s  resolutions. Many people join in with Dry January and give up alcohol for the month of January, others want to live a healthier life altogether.

In December, we asked our M3 community members, how they were going to spend January. Were they planning to make changes in their lives? Or were they happy with the way things were? 33% of respondents replied that they were planning to eat a healthier diet. Others said they wanted to learn to stand up for themselves or even start their own businesses.
